Marriott International, Inc. Selects DESTINI Estimator as Preconstruction Solution

Marriott International, Inc. selected DESTINI Estimator as its new enterprise-wide estimating solution.

Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, Marriott International, Inc. is the world’s largest hotel chain. With its continually increasing portfolio of properties, Marriott International, Inc. sought a new estimating platform to support its in-house estimating needs. After evaluating several solutions, the hotel chain was introduced to Beck Technology by one of its cost consulting firms, who is also a customer of Beck Technology. 


After several months of discussions, a proof of concept, and a detailed implementation planning meeting, the Marriott team made the decision to move forward with DESTINI Estimator. The multi-year enterprise agreement enables all estimators at Marriott to utilize the DESTINI Estimator platform.
