Beck Technology Goes International

Beck Technology has two lines of business: DESTINI Profiler software sales and consulting services. Our largest consulting services client is the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO) which is responsible for planning, designing and building all of the U.S. embassies around the world. Since our commercial launch in 2006, Beck Technology has worked with OBO on a number of U.S. embassy projects in many far flung places around the globe including: Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei; Islamabad, Pakistan; Port Moresby, Papa New Guinea; and Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, to name a few. Our consulting services teams have also worked on other international projects in Tianjin, China; Sao Paulo, Brazil; and London.

On our software side, hardly a week goes by without an international request for information from a software reseller or a user requesting a trial of our software. In 2011, Beck Technology made the decision to expand software offerings internationally and set an objective of launching two international software resellers on January 1, 2012 and then two additional resellers each year.

In late December 2011, Beck Technology entered into software reseller partnerships in Brazil and Korea. Since then, we have been approached by software resellers in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Mexico.

We have clients and revenue from our first two international resellers and work is being completed to fully support metric units, international cost data, and an international user interface on DESTINI Profiler. As a result, plans are ramping up for international resellers around the world. Beck Technology has recently signed memorandum of understandings (MOUs) with new partners in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East (consisting of Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Qatar). It is the intention of Beck Technology to officially launch in these regions in late 2012.

Many of The Beck Group’s offerings can be transported internationally and Beck Technology is working very closely with Beck International to identify potential opportunities and position Beck as an industry leader in foreign markets. The work is already in motion to get a foothold in the international A/E/C industry by utilizing DESTINI Profiler and building relationships with key stakeholders to help promote all of The Beck Group’s services.
